Parrot Hosting stores the account, subscription, support ticket, and server-management information needed to provide game server hosting. Server configuration, console activity, member access, and support activity are used to operate the customer dashboard and support flow.

Payment provider tools are limited to owner-level operations. The panel does not need to store card numbers.

Access to customer server data is limited to the signed-in account, added server managers, and owner-level administrators. Public visitors cannot view dashboard, admin, server, or support data.
